For those who've come in late, SSR has been roped in to portray the celluloid version of the Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni in Dhoni's biopic titled M S Dhoni: The Untold Story.
SSR's last film Detective Byomkesh Bakshy failed to live up to expectations, but the actor has wowed us with his performances in movies like Shuddh Desi Romance, PK and of course, his debut Kai Po Che. So, shouldn't we have reasons to believe that the young actor will meet the fan's expectations?
The film is expected to go on floors on August 23.
